Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your order was erroneously fulfilled, we will be happy to correct your order or process a refund based on your choice.  Due to the product being edible we cannot accept returns and ask you to either consume the erroneous order or to dispose of it properly. Additionally, we do everything possible to avoid heat damage.  The shipper can choose and pay for a thermal package, ice brick and expediated shipping.  We encourage these methods if we suspect the heat will be an issue but once the product leaves our shipping department, we cannot guarantee the absence of heat damage.

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Once you contact us, we will assess the claim to be valid we will issue a credit card refund which takes 7-10 business days for it to be reflected on your credit card. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
